What changed in each version

• Connecting Claude or ChatGPT is simpler: when you connect on your computer, a 6-digit code appears — just enter it in Settings → AI access. The page is redesigned too, so you can see which AI apps are connected and disconnect any of them
• Songs you start from WeChat or voice while the app is closed no longer wipe your queue when you open the app — they're added after the current song. To replace the whole queue instead, turn on “Replace queue by default” in Settings
• When the assistant can't do something, it now tells you why instead of just flashing red
• Fixed the app not recovering on its own after its sign-in expired — you no longer need to close and reopen it
• Swipe actions in play history, favorites and playlists; on Now Playing, tap the song title to see the album or the artist to see their page
• The Play History and Sonos Playlists rows on Home scroll smoothly without accidental taps, and the same song no longer shows up twice in play history
• If a song is added to the queue but playback can't jump to it, you're told to tap to play instead of seeing “Now playing”
• Renaming a room now works without the bridge
• More of the app and its error messages are now translated

• More reliable Sonos sign-in: on networks where the sign-in page doesn't fully load, the app switches to a way that does; it shows progress while loading and, if it gets stuck, offers to continue in Safari
• If your Sonos account isn't connected yet, Home now says clearly what connecting adds, with a big Connect Sonos button
• Tapping Connect Sonos now responds right away with a haptic and a loading state instead of flickering
• Right after you sign in, Settings no longer briefly says your speakers can't reach Sonos
• Choosing a Sonos system now shows a check next to the one you're using
• Buttons in Settings such as Disconnect Sonos account now respond on the first tap
• Home theater rooms now show which speaker is front, surround or sub in room settings
• First launch no longer asks for permissions up front — the mic prompt waits until you actually use voice
• Alarms work without a bridge: your iPhone writes them straight to your speakers over your home Wi-Fi

• The “Reconnect Sonos” chip on Home now responds right away: it reconnects in place with a spinner instead of bouncing to another screen and back
• After a successful retry under Settings › Sonos system, Home turns green immediately
• If you sign in to NetEase Cloud Music or QQ Music before linking a Sonos account, you now get a “Connect Sonos” button instead of just an error
• On your home Wi‑Fi you can sign in to NetEase Cloud Music / QQ Music even before linking a Sonos account
• If the Sonos sign‑in window closes by itself, the app now suggests switching your default browser back to Safari and trying again

The big one: ZoneFoundry now runs on iOS 18 (it used to need iOS 26).

• The assistant understands a lot more ways of asking — news, alarms, reminders, scenes, grouping, sleep timers — in English, Mandarin and Cantonese. "Remind me at 8", "ungroup everything" and "skip to 1:30" all work now, without hunting for the exact wording
• English commands finally get the room right: "play Adele in the kitchen" plays Adele in the kitchen, instead of searching for a song called "Adele in the kitchen"
• Rename a room in the Sonos app and ZoneFoundry follows — no more old and new names side by side. Scenes, schedules and favorites move with it
• Playback status refreshes over your local network first — faster, and less reliant on the cloud
• Playback failures tell you why instead of just doing nothing
• Pick a room straight from the Sonos Favorites menu
• Speakers with no TV input (Roam SL and friends) no longer show a TV toggle
• iPad sheet sizing fixed in 17 places
• Coming back from the background no longer falsely reports a lost connection
• The assistant no longer replies in Chinese when the app is in English
• Fewer cloud requests, so you hit "temporarily unavailable" far less

This update fixes several playback display issues:

• The Now Playing star and lyrics no longer flicker
• Favorites shows every item instead of just a few
