这些条款适用于当前公开官网、PWA 控制台，以及你通过 ZoneFoundry 发起的控制、任务和播报相关使用行为。
These terms apply to the public website, the PWA console, and your use of ZoneFoundry for control, scheduling, and broadcast-related actions.
1. 服务性质 1. Service nature
ZoneFoundry 当前处于持续迭代和公开预览阶段。你使用它时，应理解其核心目标是提供自然语言 Sonos 控制、任务安排和播报恢复体验，而不是保证任何第三方平台永久或无条件可用。
ZoneFoundry is currently in an active iteration and public-preview stage. Its goal is to provide natural-language Sonos control, scheduling, and restore flows, not to guarantee permanent or unconditional availability of any third-party platform.
2. 合理使用 2. Acceptable use
你同意仅将服务用于合法、正常的家庭或测试用途，不进行滥用、压测、恶意抓取、绕过授权、干扰第三方服务，或任何可能影响其他用户和系统稳定性的行为。
You agree to use the service only for lawful household or testing purposes, and not for abuse, hostile scraping, authorization bypass, interference with third-party services, or any behavior that could impact other users or system stability.
3. 第三方平台与账号 3. Third-party platforms and accounts
Sonos、音乐服务、消息平台和语音入口的可用性、权限模型和政策变化，不由 ZoneFoundry 控制。你对这些第三方服务的使用，仍需遵守它们各自的条款、地区限制和账号规则。
Availability, permission models, and policy changes of Sonos, music services, messaging platforms, and voice surfaces are not controlled by ZoneFoundry. Your use of those services remains subject to their own terms, regional restrictions, and account rules.
4. 无担保与责任边界 4. No warranty and liability boundary
在适用法律允许的范围内，服务按“现状”提供。对于因第三方平台变化、家庭网络异常、局域网设备发现失败、账号授权失效或外部依赖故障导致的不可用、延迟或中断，ZoneFoundry 不承诺绝对无误或绝不中断。
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an “as is” basis. ZoneFoundry does not guarantee perfect or uninterrupted operation where failures are caused by third-party platform changes, home-network issues, LAN discovery failures, expired authorization, or other external dependencies.
5. 条款更新 5. Updates to these terms
随着 iOS App、PWA 和商业化方案逐步上线，这份条款可能更新。继续使用服务通常意味着你接受更新后的条款。
These terms may be updated as the iOS app, PWA, and commercial offering continue to evolve. Continued use of the service generally means you accept the updated terms.
