1. 关于本服务1. About this service

ZoneFoundry 是一款 iOS 应用，用来控制你自己拥有的 Sonos 音箱：播放控制、多房间分组、跨音乐服务搜索、语音与自然语言指令、场景、定时新闻与全屋广播，以及广播后自动恢复原播放。它本身不是音箱，不输出音频，也不提供音乐内容。ZoneFoundry is an iOS app for controlling Sonos speakers you already own: playback, multi-room grouping, cross-service music search, voice and natural-language commands, scenes, scheduled briefings and whole-home announcements, with automatic restore afterwards. It is not a speaker, does not output audio, and does not supply music content.

部分功能可选地依赖一个装在你家里的本地 ZoneFoundry Bridge，以及我们运营的云端 relay 服务。绝大部分控制功能不需要 Bridge。Some features optionally rely on a local ZoneFoundry Bridge running in your home and on the cloud relay service we operate. Most control features work without a Bridge.

2. 与 Sonos 的关系2. Relationship to Sonos

ZoneFoundry 是独立开发的第三方应用，与 Sonos, Inc. 没有从属、赞助或背书关系。「Sonos」以及相关名称、标志是 Sonos, Inc. 的商标，在此仅作说明性使用，用以指出本应用可以控制哪一类设备。ZoneFoundry is an independent third-party app and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Sonos, Inc. "Sonos" and related names and logos are trademarks of Sonos, Inc., used here nominatively only to identify the devices this app can control.

同样地，Apple Music、Spotify、QQ 音乐、网易云音乐、Plex 等名称属于各自权利人；ZoneFoundry 通过你本人的授权代你操作这些服务，并非它们的合作方或代理。Likewise, Apple Music, Spotify, QQ Music, NetEase Cloud Music, Plex and other names belong to their respective owners. ZoneFoundry acts on those services on your behalf using authorizations you grant, and is not their partner or agent.

3. 使用资格与账号3. Eligibility & accounts

你需要具备订立本条款的法律行为能力。若所在地区对未成年人使用有额外限制，请在监护人同意下使用。You must be legally able to enter into these terms. Where local rules place additional limits on minors, use the service only with a guardian's consent.

核心的音箱控制不需要注册 ZoneFoundry 账号。账号仅用于跨网络远程控制与多设备同步；你需要为账号凭据的保管负责，并对通过你账号发生的操作负责。Core speaker control requires no ZoneFoundry account. An account is used only for remote control across networks and multi-device sync. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for actions taken through your account.

4. 合理使用4. Acceptable use

你同意仅将服务用于合法、正常的家庭用途，不进行滥用、压力测试、恶意抓取、绕过授权或速率限制、干扰第三方服务，或任何可能影响其他用户与系统稳定性的行为。You agree to use the service only for lawful, ordinary household purposes — no abuse, load testing, scraping, circumvention of authorization or rate limits, interference with third-party services, or anything that could affect other users or system stability.

你不得用广播、定时任务或语音功能向他人发送骚扰、违法或未经同意的内容。你控制的音箱应当是你有权控制的设备。You must not use announcements, schedules or voice features to send harassing, unlawful or non-consensual content to others. The speakers you control must be ones you are entitled to control.

5. 第三方平台与授权5. Third-party platforms & authorizations

Sonos、音乐服务、消息平台与语音入口的可用性、权限模型和政策随时可能变化，这些都不由 ZoneFoundry 控制。你对这些服务的使用仍受它们各自的条款、地区限制与账号规则约束。The availability, permission models and policies of Sonos, music services, messaging platforms and voice entry points can change at any time and are outside ZoneFoundry's control. Your use of them remains subject to their own terms, regional limits and account rules.

如果某个第三方改变或撤销接口，相关功能可能随之减少或停止；我们会尽力适配，但不能保证任何第三方功能永久可用。If a third party changes or withdraws an interface, the related features may be reduced or stop working. We will make reasonable efforts to adapt but cannot guarantee any third-party capability will remain available.

6. 付费、订阅与退款6. Payments, subscriptions & refunds

ZoneFoundry 应用本体免费下载。部分进阶功能可能通过 App Store 内购或自动续订订阅提供；具体价格、计费周期与包含内容会在购买前于应用内清楚标示。The ZoneFoundry app is free to download. Certain advanced features may be offered through App Store in-app purchases or auto-renewing subscriptions. Price, billing period and what is included are shown clearly in the app before you purchase.

自动续订：订阅会在当期结束前 24 小时内自动续费，除非你在此之前关闭自动续订。费用由你的 Apple ID 扣取。你可以随时在 iOS「设置 → Apple ID → 订阅」中管理或取消订阅；取消在当前计费周期结束时生效，已开始的周期一般不按比例退款。Auto-renewal: subscriptions renew automatically within 24 hours before the end of the current period unless you turn auto-renewal off beforehand. Charges are made to your Apple ID. You can manage or cancel at any time in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; started periods are generally not pro-rated.

退款：通过 App Store 完成的交易由 Apple 处理，退款须依 Apple 的政策向 Apple 申请，我们无法代为退款。如果你认为是我们这边的问题导致你无法使用已购功能，请先联系 support@zonefoundry.dev，我们会尽力协助。Refunds: purchases made through the App Store are handled by Apple; refunds must be requested from Apple under Apple's policies, and we cannot issue them on your behalf. If you believe a problem on our side prevented you from using a purchased feature, contact support@zonefoundry.dev first and we will do our best to help.

若推出限时优惠或早鸟价格，其适用条件与期限会在活动页面或应用内说明；优惠结束后按当时公示的标准价格续订。Where limited-time or early-adopter pricing is offered, its conditions and duration are stated on the offer page or in the app. After the offer ends, renewal follows the standard price published at that time.

7. 语音与 AI 功能7. Voice & AI features

语音与自然语言功能需要把你的语音或指令文本交给第三方云端服务处理（语音识别、AI 语言模型、语音合成）。应用会在首次使用前明确请求你同意；不同意则相关功能保持关闭，其余功能不受影响。Voice and natural-language features send your speech or command text to third-party cloud services for processing (speech recognition, an AI language model, text-to-speech). The app asks for your explicit consent before first use; decline and those features stay off while everything else keeps working.

AI 生成的回复和意图理解可能出错。涉及安全、健康或财务的判断请勿依赖本服务。具体的数据处理方式见隐私政策。AI-generated replies and intent understanding can be wrong. Do not rely on this service for safety, health or financial decisions. See the privacy policy for how data is handled.

8. 无担保与责任边界8. No warranty & limitation of liability

在适用法律允许的最大范围内，服务按「现状」与「现有」提供，不附任何明示或默示担保。对于因第三方平台变化、家庭网络异常、局域网设备发现失败、账号授权失效或外部依赖故障导致的不可用、延迟或中断，我们不承诺绝对无误或绝不中断。To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not promise the service will be error-free or uninterrupted, including where unavailability, delay or interruption results from third-party platform changes, home network problems, failed local device discovery, expired authorizations or external dependency failures.

在适用法律允许的范围内，我们对间接、附带或后果性损失不承担责任。本条不排除或限制依法不可排除的责任（例如因故意或重大过失造成的人身伤害）。To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses. Nothing here excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded by law, such as for personal injury caused by wilful misconduct or gross negligence.

9. 服务变更与终止9. Changes & termination

我们可能新增、修改或停止部分功能。若将要作出对你有实质不利影响的重大变更，我们会尽合理努力提前告知。We may add, change or discontinue features. Where a material change would significantly disadvantage you, we will make reasonable efforts to give advance notice.

如果你严重或反复违反本条款，我们可以限制或终止你对服务的访问。你也可以随时停止使用并删除应用；账号与数据的删除方式见隐私政策。If you seriously or repeatedly breach these terms, we may limit or terminate your access. You may stop using the service and delete the app at any time; see the privacy policy for how to delete your account and data.

10. 适用法律10. Governing law

本条款受中华人民共和国香港特别行政区法律管辖。若你以消费者身分使用本服务，你在常住地法律下享有的强制性权利不受本条影响。These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. If you use the service as a consumer, this clause does not affect mandatory rights you have under the law of your place of residence.

11. 条款更新与联系11. Updates & contact

我们可能更新本条款；重大变更会更新下方的「最后更新」日期，并在合理情况下于应用内提示。继续使用服务即表示你接受更新后的条款。We may update these terms; material changes will update the "Last updated" date below and, where reasonable, be flagged in the app. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
