按顺序查三样：① iPhone 和音箱要连同一个 Wi-Fi（不是访客网络、不是蜂窝数据）；② 「设置 → ZoneFoundry → 本地网络」要开着，这个权限是用来发现音箱的，不给就一定是空的；③ 部分路由器开了 AP 隔离（有些叫「客户端隔离」「AP isolation」），会挡住设备互相发现，要进路由器后台关掉。按次序檢查三樣：① iPhone 和喇叭必須連上同一個 Wi-Fi（不是訪客網絡、不是流動數據）；② 「設定 → ZoneFoundry → 本地網絡」必須開啟，這個權限用來發現喇叭，不授權的話一定是空的；③ 部分路由器開啟了 AP 隔離（有些叫「客戶端隔離」或「AP isolation」），會阻擋裝置互相發現，需要在路由器後台關閉。Check three things in order: (1) the iPhone and the speakers must be on the same Wi-Fi — not a guest network, not cellular; (2) Settings → ZoneFoundry → Local Network must be on, since that's the permission used to discover speakers; (3) some routers enable AP isolation (also called client isolation), which blocks devices from seeing each other — turn it off in the router's admin page.

Decline and the assistant stays off; everything else, including all playback control, works exactly the same.

Disconnect the service inside the app, or email support@zonefoundry.dev naming the account you want removed, and the credentials and records held server-side are deleted. What's stored and for how long is spelled out in the privacy policy.
