All of these have been tested and work:

Room names must be rooms that exist in your Sonos system; Chinese, English and Traditional Chinese names all work (客厅 = Living Room).
In Traditional Chinese the reply is 「🎵 已把音樂由客厅移到主卧。」; in English it's “🎵 Moved the music from Living Room to Bedroom.” Room names show as they're named in your own Sonos system.

They complement each other: Follow Me follows you automatically as you walk around; moving the music is one sentence, needs no setup, and works even when you're not in that room — for example, starting the bedroom from the living room.

FAQ
What if I name a room that doesn't exist?
It lists the rooms in your home for you to pick from, and remembers your choice. Chinese, English and Traditional Chinese room names all work (客厅 = Living Room).
Do I need a bridge? Does it work away from home?
No bridge. Commands go through the official Sonos cloud, so it works away from home; you just need your Sonos account connected in the app once.
How is this different from playing rooms together?
Playing together makes several rooms play at once; moving stops the old room and plays only in the new one. "Play the living room and bedroom together" groups rooms; "move … to …" moves the music.
How is this different from Follow Me?
Follow Me uses your phone and sensors to follow you as you walk, and needs setting up first. Moving the music is one sentence, needs no setup, and works even when you're not in that room.
Can I move TV audio?
No. TV audio and line-in aren't covered by moving the music.
